Contribute to groundbreaking research on ecological determinants and artists' health at UHN as a Research Analyst I. Engage in literature screening, qualitative analysis, and support policy-oriented outputs with flexibility in work settings.
In this role at the Artists' Health Centre, you will assist in SSHRC-funded projects, perform qualitative coding, and contribute to drafting academic reports. You’ll engage with a variety of research tasks, including data extraction and synthesis report preparation, ensuring adherence to research rigor and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-text screening and data extraction
• Perform qualitative coding and thematic analysis
• Support realist-informed synthesis for projects
• Contribute to drafting synthesis reports and academic papers
• Assist in developing knowledge mobilization materials
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in relevant field or recent enrollment
• Experience with qualitative research or systematic reviews
• Strong analytical and academic writing skills
• Familiarity with NVivo or Covidence tools
• Knowledge in artists' health or ecological health determinants
