Position: Full-Time Researcher at NITHA
Join NITHA as a Researcher, focusing on special projects like the Cancer Project. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance research efforts and support program evaluation.

In this position, you will work closely with Project Coordinators, the Medical Health Officer, and the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency among others. Your extensive knowledge of research methodologies will drive the planning, implementation, and coordination of impactful research activities. Ideal candidates bring experience in statistical analysis and a commitment to First Nations principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate research activities on special projects

• Support the evaluation of various initiatives

• Collaborate with internal staff and external stakeholders

• Assist in summarizing statistical and service trend data

• Plan and execute strategic research efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or similar

• At least two years in statistical research settings

• Comprehensive understanding of research ethics

• Familiarity with First Nations OCAP principles

• Ability to work independently and maintain discretion
