As a Research Analyst, you will handle multiple projects and ensure successful collaboration with internal teams for project advancement. Your key tasks will include conducting statistical analyses, synthesizing data, and delivering actionable insights through comprehensive reports. Being well-organized is crucial as you will manage competing priorities and timelines while effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in client meetings to understand project goals
• Collaborate on project management with operations teams
• Perform statistical analyses and finalize reporting plans
• Create actionable and transparent research reports
• Track and ensure data integrity throughout project stages
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, or related
• 1-2 years in market research or similar fields
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like SPSS or Excel
• Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
