Become a key player in agricultural research at the University of Manitoba as a dedicated Project Research Coordinator. This full-time job focuses on leading initiatives within the LEAP program using your Soil or Plant Science background.

You will manage and coordinate multiple research projects, ensuring timely collaboration with stakeholders, farmers, and Indigenous communities. Your project management expertise is essential for developing communication strategies and outreach efforts that advance agricultural practices in the Eastern Prairie region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and facilitate project team meetings

• Organize administrative tasks and documentation

• Build relationships with various stakeholders

• Conduct workshops for career development

• Develop knowledge mobilization materials for wider audiences

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in relevant agricultural disciplines

• 5-7 years of relevant experience

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Preferred experience in Indigenous engagement

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
