Offered through a grant, this role provides flexibility, requiring 0-35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and a track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals. You will conduct comprehensive literature reviews, coordinate research projects, and collaborate with team members on research methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement research protocols and methodologies
• Coordinate and recruit participants for research projects
• Schedule and conduct interviews and focus groups
• Analyze research data with SPSS and Dedoose
• Contribute to grant applications and academic publications
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related field, PhD preferred
• Previous experience in equity-focused research
• Familiarity with research ethics board processes
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
