Position: Laboratory Analyst Microbiology at ALS

As a Laboratory Analyst, you will manage all aspects of laboratory analysis. Key tasks include preparing standards, operating analytical instruments, and conducting sample preparations. Your skills will contribute to quality control while ensuring timely and accurate results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials, standards, and stocks for analysis

• Operate Basic, Level 1, and Level 2 analytical instruments

• Generate worklists and organize analytical runs

• Perform calibration and maintenance of lab instruments

• Assist in training new team members and writing SOPs

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Biology, Microbiology, or related field

• Previous laboratory analyst experience is required

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry skills
