Your role includes project management, regulatory compliance, and mentorship, ensuring assessments meet high-quality standards while prioritizing community collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct up to 10 archaeologists on archaeological assessments

• Manage client portfolios, deliverables, and budgets

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality

• Incorporate field data into detailed reports and assessments

• Facilitate positive interactions with First Nations and communities

Requirements:

• Degree in Archaeology or related field

• 3+ years supervisory experience in field projects

• Status as Permit Holder or Field Director in BC

• Proficiency in technical report writing

• Valid BC driver’s license and First Aid certification
