General Postdoctoral Researcher; Masters​/PhDs

• Design and develop advanced, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance that challenge and improve AI reasoning
• Apply your research expertise to craft complex problem statements across your domain
• Review and evaluate AI-generated solutions for academic rigor, depth, and accuracy
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to enhance model performance
• Ensure clarity, intellectual depth, and methodological soundness across all deliverables
• Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule

• Hold a Master s or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a leading university
• Have a strong track record of research, publications, or complex project work
• Exceptionally clear and precise written communicator — you can translate hard ideas into sharp, structured language
• Detail-oriented and rigorous — you apply the same standards to your work here as you do in your research
• Fluent in English and currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, U.K., or Australia
• Training and onboarding support will be provided

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
• Background spanning multiple STEM disciplines or interdisciplinary research areas
• Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or benchmarking frameworks

• Work on frontier AI projects alongside the world s leading research labs
