What You'll Do Design and solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems that challenge and sharpen AI reasoning capabilities
Apply your graduate-level expertise to create rigorous, domain-specific content that pushes AI models to their limits
Review and evaluate AI-generated solutions for accuracy, depth, and intellectual rigor
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts across leading research labs
Ensure academic quality, clarity, and precision across all deliverables
Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university
Strong research background — publications, complex project management, or equivalent scholarly track record
Naturally rigorous and detail-oriented, with high standards for accuracy and depth
Exceptional written communicator who can convey complex ideas with clarity
Fluent in English and currently based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment
Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
Cross-disciplinary expertise spanning multiple technical domains
Experience designing experiments, rubrics, or assessment frameworks
