Reporting to the District Manager, the role of Store Manager is responsible for the development of all Team Members, fostering a highly engaging in-store customer experience and maximizing sales growth within the store. The successful candidate will be key in contributing to the overall growth of company sales by inspiring, training and developing Store associates while retaining top talent.
Responsibilities
Drive Sales and Profitability within your Store while sharing insights and feedback with your Peer groupRecruit, Onboard and Train Top talent while continuing to network and build bench within the storeDrive customer loyalty and new customer recruitment by creating an inspiring and engaging customer experienceLead with an entrepreneurial spirit that inspires out of the box thinking and shop owner mentality to impact business resultsKnow and manage the business through effective use of all sales and financial reportsCoordinate with, report and make recommendations to the District Manager on ways to increase sales within your StoreEnsure the execution of all company visual and operational standards in order to provide an exceptional customer experience environmentRequirements
3+ years Store Management experience with a specialty retailer, preferably Mall basedStrong command of written and spoken EnglishStrong analytical skillsStrong time management skillsStrong computer skillsSee our full corporate overview here.
