Warehouse Associate

With over 400 products, we help equip our customers for great times outdoors by providing them with the right tools for the job, allowing them to be what we refer to as a 'Camp Hero'. From outdoor dining products to fire-starting tools and everything in-between, our mission is to get more people outdoors to make memories with friends and family.

You are the heart of our organization. You receive, store, and ship products to our valued customers. Working closely with our Customer Service, Product, and Supply Chain departments, you ensure the Warehouse maintains its reputation of high efficiency and optimal customer satisfaction.

• Pick, load and ship customer orders accurately
• Pick, load and ship transfer orders accurately
• Comply with customer specific requirements – labelling, size/weight restrictions, etc.
• Comply with dangerous goods shipping requirements
• Receive and put away stock
• Replenish picking line
• Process returns
• Collaborate with other departments on packaging and product projects
• Assemble and package products
• Participate in inventory count process
• Complete maintenance (Sweep and wash floors, recycle cardboard, empty garbage, maintain general cleanliness, shovel snow)
• Adopt a safety-first mentality

• Knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn Coghlan's ERP Business Central
• Customer-centric and self-motivated
• A passion for camping and outdoor recreation is considered a strong asset
