As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in the daily management of our thrift store. Your focus will include overseeing staff, pricing inventory, and ensuring operational excellence. Additionally, your leadership will foster a safe and supportive environment for students in recovery, contributing to their development and the success of addiction programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily management of store operations

• Lead and supervise staff and volunteer activities

• Organize donation processing and product displays

• Maintain compliance with safety and accreditation standards

• Manage social media to promote store initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail or thrift store management

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Capability to mentor and guide at-risk individuals

• Valid driver’s license for transportation needs

• Must be able to lift operational loads up to 20lbs
