Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the daily management of store operations

Requirements:
• Proven experience in retail or thrift store management
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capability to mentor and guide at-risk individuals
• Valid driver’s license for transportation needs
• Must be able to lift operational loads up to 20lbs
