This part-time role seeks candidates with a passion for beauty retail. You will report to the Field Sales Manager, driving sales while cultivating robust relationships with store teams. Your responsibilities will include product training and conducting engaging demonstrations to boost brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and brand awareness for assigned beauty products
• Develop strong relationships with retailer store teams
• Train staff on brand and product knowledge
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations in-store
• Ensure product merchandising adheres to brand standards
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in beauty retail
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Strong team collaboration and engagement abilities
• Weekend availability for flexible scheduling
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel
