We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Boyne Lake location. Candidates should possess a secondary school graduation certificate and relevant supervisory experience. You will be responsible for hiring staff, handling inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and supervise sales workers daily

• Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews

• Authorize and manage payments and inventory returns

• Prepare reports on sales and personnel matters

• Organize and maintain accurate inventory records

Requirements:

• Must have a secondary school graduation certificate

• 1 to less than 7 months of supervisory experience

• Valid work authorization in Canada required

• Strong problem-solving and supervisory skills

• Ability to manage cash and payroll processes
