• Greet our PRO customers with enthusiasm and ensure a good customer experience at the PRO desk
• Assist customers in loading products in their cart or vehicle
• Assist with PRO orders and order pulling
• Keep the PRO laydown area maintained and stocked
• Bring carts for customers who need assistance and collect carts in the parking lot
• Must have a valid driver s license for power equipment use
• Return all merchandise left at the returns desk to the appropriate departments
• Stay informed of promotions and flyers
• Follow the store s policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety in the workplace
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver s license
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace
