This role involves providing excellent customer service while assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store. The position requires attention to detail, effective cash handling, and a keen understanding of store layout to enhance customer experience. You will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets and maintain store safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and donors in a friendly manner
• Process transactions accurately with minimal errors
• Sort and price incoming donations effectively
• Maintain store appearance and assist with displays
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Some high school coursework completed
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred
• Familiarity with cash register operation
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
