Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales performance and achieve team KPIs
• Establish and nurture customer relationships through outreach

• Handle opening/closing responsibilities and cash transactions
• Maintain stockroom organization and sales floor readiness
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a retail supervisory role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and retail software
• Understanding of omni-channel sales methods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver stock as needed
