Birchwood Lot Attendant Position

Become part of Birchwood's team as a Lot Attendant, emphasizing vehicle detailing and lot organization to improve customer satisfaction. Work outdoors through all weather.

As a Lot Attendant, you will report directly to the Collision Centre Manager at Manitoba’s largest automotive retailer, Birchwood.

Your role is essential in maintaining the dealership's aesthetic and providing a welcoming experience. Trustworthiness and a strong work ethic are key, complemented by teamwork and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detail vehicles and maintain clean lots

• Organize and supervise lot operations

• Operate vehicles, including 5-speed models

• Support team efforts while working outdoors

• Ensure a strong visual presentation for customers

Requirements:

• Reliable and hardworking with a focus on teamwork

• Must possess a Class 5 driver's license

• Ability to handle 5-speed vehicles is a plus

• Excellent time management skills and detail-oriented

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous personal development
