- Serve as an integral member of the store management team, implementing strategies and operational excellence to ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.
- Lead with values such as originality, integrity, empathy for customers and co‑workers, and courage, acting as a role model and inspiring higher performance.
- Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
- Coach and mentor team members through effective mentorship and leadership.
- Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.
- Strong people skills and ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
- Compliance with all Levi's® Store policies, procedures, and programs, and ability to follow directives from store management.
- Consistently meets or exceeds established store and individual sales and performance goals.
- Physical ability to handle heavy lifting (up to40lb.), moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
- Reliable transportation, at least 18years of age.
The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local or provincial requirements, or $15.75–$26.25 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
