As the Meat/Deli/Bakery Department Manager, you will cultivate a coaching culture while overseeing department operations. Key responsibilities include managing staff hiring, training, performance reviews, and financial oversight. Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop all store employees in the meat department
• Lead selection, training, and performance management processes
• Oversee operations and communicate changes to employees
• Order and present products while ensuring proper merchandising
• Foster customer engagement to enhance loyalty and sales
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 months of retail experience, meat preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong financial report analysis skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
