Regional Retail Manager

Take charge of retail operations as a Regional Retail Manager with Purolator in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Oversee multiple locations, driving performance and employee engagement while upholding brand standards.
In your full-time role at Purolator, you'll manage day-to-day operations across various retail locations. You will be responsible for recruitment, talent development, and ensuring financial performance meets budgetary expectations. Your leadership will foster a productive work environment and enhance team engagement while conducting regular operational assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple retail locations

• Manage staffing, recruitment, and talent development

• Conduct regular store and terminal visits for compliance

• Analyze revenue and retail KPIs for performance

• Provide coaching and training to the retail team
Requirements:

• 3-5 years of people management experience

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP

• Strong financial literacy and acumen
