Retail & Store Manager, Retail Sales, Customer Service Rep
As a Floor Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. This includes driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. On the shop floor, you will inspire and lead a team of sales associates to exceed their goals, create a positive customer experience, and maintain operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Driving Sales: Utilize the Store Force dashboard to coach the sales team, adjust shop floor structure, and meet/exceed sales goals.

Experience:
Deliver world‑class customer service on the shop floor, conduct product demonstrations, and exceed daily sales targets. - Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging) and host store‑community initiatives.
- Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge continuously and make informed recommendations for every customer need.
- Development: Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers in effective sales techniques and product knowledge; continuously improve your own skills.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication, listen to team perspectives on DEIB, and foster a sense of belonging.
- Cash Handling and Store Opening/Closing: Manage cash transactions, reconcile drawers, prepare deposits, and secure the store.
- Time and Attendance: Model punctuality, monitor breaks, and keep the team informed with daily communications.
- Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
- Stock and Inventory: Train the team on inventory best practices and adjust displays based on sales.
- Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health & safety.
- Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales, cash handling and opening/closing procedures, supervisory coaching, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferred:
- Consultation‑based customer service experience.
- Experience analyzing sales metrics.
- Experience in skincare or cosmetics.
- Cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
- Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages.
St. Vital Pay: $18.70 CAD – $18.70 CAD
