As an advocate for customer satisfaction, you will create a friendly atmosphere and actively connect with shoppers, tailoring experiences to their needs. Your responsibilities include adhering to visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining continuous communication with leadership on how to improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with shoppers through engaging storytelling
• Curate personalized product collections based on customer interests
• Ensure visual standards are consistently maintained
• Responsively handle customer feedback and concerns
Requirements:
• Experience in retail, preferred but not necessary
• Adaptability and openness to learning new processes
• Dedication to enhancing customer service
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
• Bilingualism mandatory for Quebec positions
