• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders by selecting fresh, high‑quality products, completing required documentation and labels accurately, and ensuring orders are assembled from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery.
• Ensure product quality and order accuracy by removing damaged or unsuitable items, confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes, and completing all required documentation.
• Maintain efficient and organized packing by using totes efficiently while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Support customers and team operations by balancing fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
• Follow safety, food hygiene, and quality standards by maintaining a clean and safe work area, following food hygiene procedures, cleaning spills promptly, ensuring totes are clean before use, operating equipment safely, completing required safety checks, and contributing ideas to improve processes.

Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.

• High task volume in a fast‑paced environment: manage overnight hours effectively and plan accordingly to stay energized and focused.
• Manage a fast‑paced workload with efficiency, ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time.

• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lb., and occasionally up to 50 lb.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.15.
