Inventory Specialist and Merchandiser

Join our team as an Inventory Specialist and Merchandiser, focusing on inventory organization and customer service excellence. Work in a dynamic retail environment to maintain store standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing product displays and ensuring that backroom inventory is organized according to best practices. Supporting the Front Store Manager, you'll also handle merchandise receiving and maintain a clean store environment. Customer engagement is key to this position, requiring you to assist shoppers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow BIMI processes to organize backroom product inventory

• Manage Exit Strategy and product returns as necessary

• Maintain product displays to enhance consumer interactions

• Assist with the receiving and documentation of merchandise

• Comply with health, safety, and loss prevention regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience with inventory management systems

• Strong planning and decision-making abilities

• Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills

• Ability to work independently and self-motivate

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
