This Loader position at RONA is crucial in assisting PRO customers and ensuring an efficient loading process. You will be involved in pulling orders, maintaining organization in the laydown area, and supporting loading tasks. The role demands excellent people skills and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist PRO customers at the desk

• Help load products into customer vehicles

• Handle PRO order pulling and processing

• Maintain the cleanliness and stock of the PRO area

• Return items to the appropriate departments post-return

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and approach

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of health and safety regulations

• Familiarity with store policies
