Customer-Focused Retail Associate

Become a pivotal part of the Sunrise Farms team as a Customer-Focused Retail Associate. You'll engage with customers, manage inventory, and ensure quality in the Factory Outlet.

Dunnrite Food Products is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Associate to support retail operations. This position demands strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a team. You will assist with poultry purchases and maintain overall cleanliness and organization within the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide poultry product support

• Organize and clean the Factory Outlet regularly

• Lift and transfer products from the Plant daily

• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

• Process customer transactions effectively

Requirements:

• Must lift weights of up to 25 kilograms

• Customer service/sales experience is highly valued

• Must understand PC software applications

• Strong organizational and communication skills expected

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent is necessary
