Elevate cannabis retail at FIKA as a Retail Experience Lead. You'll oversee operations, enhance customer service, and lead your team to achieve excellence in a dynamic retail environment.
FIKA is redefining cannabis retail with flagship stores in Toronto and over 200 locations across Canada. As the Retail Experience Lead, your role involves opening and closing the store, supervising staff, and upholding high standards of product presentation. You'll guide the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing daily operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the retail store and manage alarms
• Greet and assist customers with product knowledge
• Supervise team member training and onboarding
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Handle cash management and customer complaints effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate staff
• Provincial Cannabis Certification is required
