In this crucial role within the C&B team, you'll balance stockroom management and salesfloor support. Responsibilities include processing customer order fulfillment, maintaining accurate inventory, and crafting engaging store displays. You’ll work closely with the store team to uphold company policies while fostering inclusivity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process all incoming and outgoing packages accurately
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and execute stock checks
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to attract customers
• Greet customers warmly and respond to inquiries
• Drive sales through engagement and suggestive selling
Requirements:
• Customer service experience preferred
• Retail experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using office and POS systems
