Michaels is looking for an enthusiastic Service Team Member who can assist customers in finding products and solutions. Key responsibilities include executing cash handling with speed and friendliness, promoting the Rewards program, and educating customers on feedback opportunities through VOC surveys. The role also involves supporting inventory management and maintaining store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers during shopping and provide solutions
• Ensure fast, friendly checkout and cash handling
• Promote Rewards programs and process enrollments
• Educate on VOC survey participation
• Help with stock unloading and store recovery
Requirements:
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
