In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure high store standards and provide top-notch client service. You'll play a key role in training cashiers, managing cashier areas, and handling shipments efficiently. Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational skills and effective problem-solving abilities to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to store clients
• Train cashiers on Point-Of-Sale technology
• Keep the cashier area clean and organized
• Process shipments promptly and accurately
• Report any inventory issues to management
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or client services
• Proficient in computer skills and basic arithmetic
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Adaptable availability for evenings and weekends
• High school graduate or equivalent
