As an Operations Consultant with Sephora, you will engage directly with clients and help ensure a seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities encompass training fellow team members on POS systems, maintaining cleanliness in the cashier area, and assisting with inventory management. You will also support merchandising initiatives and partake in loss prevention programs to enhance store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to clients at all times
• Assist in training cashiers on POS and MPOS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier zone
• Process shipments and organize stockroom efficiently
• Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors and Managers
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of retail experience, stockroom preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours
• Effective problem-solving and communication abilities
• High School diploma or equivalent required
