Enhance customer satisfaction as a Dairy and Frozen Associate. Maintain high product quality and ensure outstanding service in the Dairy and Frozen sections of retail.
In this role, you will uphold cleanliness and organization while providing excellent service to shoppers. Your responsibilities will include zoning merchandise, managing stock rotation, and monitoring expiration dates. You'll be essential in creating an inviting shopping experience by maintaining an organized area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Zone and organize Dairy and Frozen merchandise
• Rotate stock and check expiration dates regularly
• Ensure pricing and signage is clear and visible
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
• Keep work area clean and efficient
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
• Strong customer service skills necessary
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Contribute to excellent customer experiences by ensuring high standards in the Dairy and Frozen sections.
