In this role, you will manage cash handling processes and lead training initiatives. Your expertise in retail operations will be crucial in collaborating with logistics to meet fulfillment targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales desk and resolve client issues
• Accurately process transactions and manage cash handling
• Engage in logistics for receiving and inventory counts
• Assist with order fulfillment and BOPIS processes
• Mentor team members in loss prevention strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in retail service desk or operations
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and logistics
• Interest in retail technology and omni-channel practices
• Experience in training and mentoring associates
