Your role will be pivotal in shaping a safe retail environment.
In this full-time position, you will collaborate with various teams to improve asset protection measures and conduct effective training for store employees. You will directly address theft-related issues and maintain high standards of operational compliance, ultimately enriching customer experience across stores.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive implementation of shrink reduction initiatives
• Manage compliance and evaluations of asset protection
• Provide training sessions on theft deterrence
• Investigate cases of fraud and internal theft
• Directly supervise asset protection systems and teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in loss prevention
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of legal aspects in retail loss prevention
• Proficiency in asset protection software and MS Office
• Formal education preferred but experience is valuable
