In your role as a Softgoods Associate, you will be a key player in delivering quality customer service while managing transactions via electronic registers and self-checkout systems. Your duties will include merchandise replenishment, adhering to store policies, and performing necessary inventory tasks. Keeping the store clean and following health guidelines will also be critical to your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-level customer service at the checkout
• Manage all transaction processes accurately
• Restock merchandise and monitor top-selling items
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization at the checkout area
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with an ability to work in teams
• Excellent attention to detail in a busy environment
• Willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends
