Elevate your customer service skills as a Parts Clerk focused on retail and supply operations. This role requires handling cash transactions, maintaining inventory, and addressing customer concerns.
In this permanent position, you will work 40 to 45 hours per week, gaining experience in an exciting environment. Responsibilities include maintaining office cleanliness, setting up parts displays, and advising customers on products. You will also manage incoming and outgoing inventory and collaborate within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively
- Clean and maintain the office and supply area
- Setup displays for retail parts and accessories
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage work orders
- No degree required; will train candidates
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work with small engines and generators
- Organizational skills for inventory management
