We are on the lookout for a motivated Key Holder with less than a year of retail experience. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing daily store operations and ensuring safety while also assisting in customer service and training new hires. Scheduling and maintaining store presentation are key aspects of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and securely
• Train new team members on store policies
• Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Manage the weekly schedule and cover as needed
• Organize and present store merchandise effectively
Requirements:
• 7 months to less than 1 year experience required
• Must have a secondary school diploma
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Available for weekends and evening shifts
• Commitment to ongoing training programs
