We are seeking a Customer-Centric Merchandiser to manage inventory and product displays, ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role involves both backroom organization and customer engagement.
As a Merchandiser, you will oversee product presentation and backroom organization, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards. You will also take charge of receiving goods and maintaining documentation. This position prioritizes customer service, requiring you to take initiative in assisting shoppers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize backroom product and maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure product displays are visually appealing and accessible
• Receive and process merchandise according to company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Engage with customers to provide assistance and information
Requirements:
• Basic computer and cash register skills
• Organized with a strong attention to detail
• Capability to handle changing situations on the sales floor
• Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and use a ladder
• Flexible availability for shifts, including nights and weekends
