Position: Manager of Retail Across Manitoba
Enact change in retail operations across Manitoba as the Manager of Retail with Purolator. Focus on staffing, training and maintaining brand standards over multiple stores.

You will be accountable for driving employee retention and engagement while ensuring operational excellence at all locations. This role entails regular evaluations of store performance, managing budgets, and analyzing retail data to inform strategy. Your leadership will be pivotal in executing ongoing training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the overall operations of retail locations

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management

• Assess and analyze retail KPIs and market trends

• Provide coaching and training to retail staff for development

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in people management

• Strong skills in relationship building and communication

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP

• Financial management experience preferred

• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75% of the time
