Position: Full-Time Shift Supervisor
Lead daily operations at The Salvation Army’s Thrift Store in Winnipeg, MB. As a Shift Supervisor, ensure customer service excellence while managing store activities effectively.

This full-time position directly supports the Store Manager in overseeing store operations and acting as a Sales Associate. Responsibilities include facilitating customer transactions, protecting donated items, and maintaining store security. With extensive engagement in inventory management and store presentation, you will play a crucial role in upholding The Salvation Army’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact positively with customers and donors

• Oversee cash and debit sales transactions

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization

• Process donations by sorting and pricing

• Assist in store layout and inventory management

Requirements:

• High school completion or equivalent

• Minimum two years in retail or warehouse

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently
