Counter Sales

Position: Counter Sales Role
Become a key player in customer service as a Counter Salesperson with Noble in Winnipeg. Deliver top-quality support while managing customer orders at our order desk.

In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers visiting the counter, maintaining a clean environment, and assisting them with their product needs. You'll also engage in order processing, resolve inquiries, and handle follow-ups on backorders. If you have strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for the plumbing and HVAC industry, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers at the order desk

• Suggest products by researching customer needs

• Promote product assortment effectively to drive sales

• Process, pick, and pack sales orders accurately

• Keep the order desk area clean and organized

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Intermediate math skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
