Position: Join Pet Valu as a Keyholder
Support pets and their owners as a Keyholder at Pet Valu in Brooks, Alberta.

Your role will focus on exceptional customer service and efficient store operations to drive satisfaction.

As a Keyholder, you will assist in daily store management and customer engagement, ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will also be involved in organizing merchandise and participating in community initiatives while maintaining a safe and efficient environment in the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer sales and cashier operations effectively

• Organize and prepare store merchandise orders

• Assist with general store maintenance tasks

• Stock pet supplies and maintain cleanliness

• Support unloading of delivery vehicles when required

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service

• Proficient in operating POS systems

• Outgoing personality with robust customer skills

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs comfortably

• Flexible availability for shifts including weekends
