This full-time, permanent position offers 40 to 45 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include keeping the office clean, creating attractive retail displays, advising customers on products, and managing inventory flow. Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure excellent customer experiences and effective supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and relay messages accurately
• Clean and manage the office and supply areas
• Set up engaging displays for retail parts
• Promptly address customer complaints and concerns
• Maintain detailed inventory records and manage work orders
Requirements:
• No degree necessary; training will be provided
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Strong customer service focus required
• Able to work with small engines and generators
• Excellent organizational skills for inventory control
