Key responsibilities include overseeing sales associates, managing customer interactions, and ensuring quality standards for donations. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining store organization and security while contributing to store budgets through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact positively with customers and donors

• Ensure accurate completion of transactions and sales

• Process and sort donations following quality standards

• Maintain the store's appearance with effective layout plans

• Assist with inventory control and reconciliation

Requirements:

• Two years of store or warehouse experience

• Willingness to support The Salvation Army’s mission

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Physically capable of lifting 30 lbs frequently

• Completion of some high school education
