Join as a Retail Support Associate and drive store performance through effective stock management and operational tasks. Assist with maintaining organized and compliant stock areas to support store sales.
In this vital role, you will report to the Store Manager and support the store team in various tasks. Your responsibilities include monitoring shipments, preparing for inventory counts, and organizing stock areas according to company standards. You'll also assist in delivering merchandise out to the sales floor, playing a key part in store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Report assigned duties to the Store Manager
• Monitor shipments and fix discrepancies
• Assist in preparing year-end inventory counts
• Prepare necessary paperwork for shipping
• Help maintain orderly stock areas to meet standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on tasks
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a team attitude
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds regularly
