We are seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead our DSW store. The supervisor reports to the Store Manager and assists in maintaining an inclusive store environment, driving sales, supporting web orders, and managing operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to achieve store objectives, including in‑store sales, web orders, and other goals set by the Store Manager.
  • Model exceptional customer service, encouraging a shopping experience that promotes customer loyalty.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of industry trends.
  • Coach and provide feedback to staff to ensure segment success.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintain open communication with the Store Manager.
  • Open and close the store proficiently.
Qualifications
  • Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co‑workers.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong will to assist customer needs.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team environment.

  • Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.
