Retail - Merchandising Manager, Boutique Merchandising; Polo Park

The boutique merchandising team curates our product assortment and supports a seamless retail environment, creating exceptional shopping experiences.

Aritzia is growing and our Boutique Merchandising Department is expanding. The role is to curate merchandise and present products in an inspiring way in our boutiques for clients.

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments to/from DC, boutique-to-boutique, and clients.
• Strategically place products on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities.
• Translate product story through creative visual merchandising.
• Lead the team to execute against Aritzia’s standards of product display and maintenance on the sales floor.
• Enable seamlessly integrated cross‐channel shopping experiences by supporting omni‑channel services.
• Ensure the seamless operations of retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations.
• Manage day‑to‑day performance of the retail team to support business objectives and progressive career development.
