With 3-5 years of retail leadership experience, you will manage high-performing teams while driving financial performance and operational excellence. Collaboration with store leadership is key to addressing customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead efficient restocking and planogram execution
• Manage P&L, shrink control, and sales forecasting
• Optimize team scheduling and training programs
• Utilize CAO reports for inventory management
• Partner with leadership to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years in retail leadership and inventory management
• Strong coaching and mentorship skills
• Analytical ability for interpreting reports
• Knowledge of food safety and replenishment practices
