As a Replenishment Area Leader, you will oversee and execute the Replenishment strategy, ensuring shelves are stocked, inventory is optimized, and customers have access to fresh, high-quality products. Reporting to the Store Leader, you will drive operational excellence, team development, and financial performance to support store success.

• Lead Replenishment Operations – Manage restocking, planogram execution, and seasonal inventory changes
• Drive Financial Performance – Oversee P&L, shrink control, and sales forecasts to ensure profitability
• Optimize Workforce & Scheduling – Manage Replenishment team schedules, training, and labor costs
• Inventory Management – Utilize CAO reports to optimize stock levels and shelf capacity
• Enhance Customer Experience – Partner with store leadership to address customer needs and inquiries
• Vendor & Equipment Oversight – Manage vendor relationships, equipment escalations, and sales rep visits
• Ensure Compliance & Loss Prevention – Implement food safety standards and loss prevention strategies

• Education & Experience – High school diploma/GED required, 3-5 years of retail experience in people leadership and inventory management
• Leadership & Communication – Strong coaching, mentorship, and conflict resolution skills
• Operational Expertise – Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret reports, Deep knowledge of replenishment, food safety, and merchandising best practices
